Prannoy has extensive experience in life/annuity/health insurance-related transactions, both in the U.S. and internationally, serving as a strategic ally in companies’ consideration of a purchase or a sale transaction. Prannoy has advised insurance companies and private equity firms on insurance mergers and acquisitions (focusing on actuarial assumptions, review of new business platforms, expense analysis) and reinsurance (onshore captives, offshore reinsurance analysis, and various reinsurance deal structuring considerations). He has helped both investors and insurers invest in and create sidecar reinsurance vehicles.

Prior to joining Milliman, Prannoy was a consultant in the actuarial practice of a major accounting firm and also worked at a hedge fund in Europe focusing on life insurance investments.
